Stevens & Lee’s Labor and Employment Group is one of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic region and exclusively represents management in both the public and private sectors. Within the broad scope of our employment law counseling and litigation practice, we maintain a subspecialty practice representing financial institutions faced with FINRA arbitration matters, including raiding and recruiting issues, restrictive covenant issues, and non-compete agreements. The continued growth and expansion of this subspecialty practice has created an associate opening in our Princeton office.

Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience in any of the following areas :

Employment litigation

Restrictive covenants

FINRA arbitrations

Non-Compete agreements

Employment / Severance agreements

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Additional bar admissions a plus.
