Anticipated Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
The Wauwatosa School District (WSD) is seeking candidates interested in serving as a Elementary Building Lead at Jefferson Elementary School which serves approximately 226 students.
The Elementary Building Lead ensures that the elementary building and grounds remain in a clean, orderly condition and assists with planning for school and recreational activities as well as overseeing contracted employees to perform the work.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Associates degree in related field (preferred)
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Ability to serve as lead worker for custodial staff including contracted cleaning and preparation for recreational activities
Basic technology skills, including ability to use Google Docs, Excel, Internet, email, and word processing software
Boiler operations license (preferred)
One year experience in methods, materials and equipment used in cleaning operations (preferred)
One year experience leading a group of individuals in workplace or any other related program, event, or activity (preferred)
Ability to work flexible work hours to accommodate building hours
Ability to operate equipment, including vacuums, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, swing scrubbers, and other maintenance equipment
Ability to read directions required for work performance
Ability to maintain positive working relationships by communicating and cooperating with colleagues, students, parents, and members of the community
