Job Title: Evening Building Supervisor
The District provides District paid Long-Term Disability Insurance (coverage after 60 days of missed work at 70% of annual salary).
- The District provides life insurance at 1x your annual salary with the option for employees to purchase additional voluntary supplemental life insurance for themselves, a spouse and children.
- All full-time and many part-time employees may be eligible to participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System's State Pension Plan (WRS). The District and employee both make equal contributions at a percentage of salary as determined annually by the Department of Employee Trust Funds. The WRS pension vesting is normally 5 years depending on total hours worked per year.

The After Hours Activity Supervisor monitors school building activity. The Activity Supervisor will coordinate with building users on building use expectations, access and safety protocols. This role involves managing activities, ensuring a structured and positive environment, and providing support to building users with their extracurricular activities.
- Monitor the building and activities therein during after school hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Ensure that students follow the school's code of conduct and program rules, addressing any behavioral issues promptly and appropriately.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity spaces, ensuring that all materials and equipment are used responsibly.
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or seek additional assistance as needed.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage the school setting and maintain a positive and structured environment.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
A commitment to the safety and well-being of all students.
- Typically 2-4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, following the school calendar.
Additional hours may be required for staff meetings, training, or special events.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
