Role and Responsibilities
The District seeks an Administrative Assistant for the Kettle Moraine High School Campus. This position provides vital support to the High School Principal and contributes to the smooth operation of the high school campus by performing the following duties:
- Provide direct administrative support to the High School adeptly Principal, including managing schedules, correspondence, and daily operations, and antipiating requests, needs and problems.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, students, and families, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and professional development activities, ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with district policies.
- Support budget tracking, purchasing, and financial record-keeping as required.
- Handle confidential information with unwavering discretion and professionalism.
- Support the principal in staffing, scheduling, and coordination of school-wide initiatives.
- Remain calm in stressful situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the high school campus.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an dynamtic environment preferred.
- Experience with Google tools, social media, and website/communication tools preferred.
- Skills & Attributes:
