Full-Time School Year
Signing Bonus for Support Staff whose start date is 08/15/2021 or later: $250.00 ($125 after 30 days, another $125 after 60 days of employment.
Paraprofessionals support students with disabilities in a variety of educational environments. Upon hiring, candidates will need to apply for a Special Education Program License through Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, speaking, hearing and occasionally requires pushing, pulling, lifting, and operating machines; work has standard vision requirements; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels and to receive detailed information through oral communications and/or to make fine distinctions in sound; work requires preparing and analyzing written or computer data, and observing general surroundings and activities; work is generally in a moderately noisy location (e.g. school office/ classroom/passageways).

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent degree.
2. Wisconsin DPI License (Teaching or Special Education Program Aide License).
