Description
The Wisconsin Heights School District is currently seeking Summer School Educational Assistants to be a part of our summer enrichment courses. Educational Assistants will support students, including students with disabilities, as they work to meet the objectives of enrichment courses. Enrichment courses include arts & crafts, games, STEM activities, physical activity, and reading/writing tasks.
Summer School Dates
Summer Science Camp: June 9-13
Week 1 | June 16 - 19
Week 2 | June 23 - 26
Week 3 | June 30 - July 3
Week 4 | July 7-10
The job demands the ability to: Bend and lift; Spend extended periods of time standing and/or sitting on the floor; Move quickly and freely; Spend time outside in inclement weather; Properly handle confidential matters relating to students, student records, parents, staff, and any other school-related issues; Willingness to participate in all training as needed.
Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma.
Wisconsin Heights Campus is located 20 minutes west of Madison in the beautiful Driftless Area. Our district encompasses approximately 100 square miles in the Black Earth and Mazomanie areas. The area provides multiple recreational activities with a history that is deep and dynamic.
