Description
Summer Seasonal Grounds Maintenance: will operate all lawn maintenance equipment. Assist Grounds maintenance with grass cutting, trimming and basic landscaping.
Location: Varies from building to building
Hours: *7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Employee is responsible for taking all steps necessary to protect yourself and others against occupational accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Employee is responsible for ensuring all work performed meets the highest industry standards and is done in compliance with all local, state and federal requirements.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Have transportation to get from one work site to another
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Ability to work in hot/humid environment
- Ability to follow verbal and written directives
- Ability to perform duties in an efficient and safe manner
- Hours are subject to change
