Description
The School District of Waupaca is searching for a Technology Help Desk Assistant. This position will be responsible for assisting the IT Department across the District with tasks including (but not limited to) providing end-user and helpdesk support, installation, maintenance, repair, and documentation of Windows, Apple, and Chromebook devices. This position will also work with various hardware and software applications within our District’s network.

Qualifications
An Associate’s Degree in technology or related field is preferred, but not required.
Help desk experience preferred.
Candidates must have the ability to work with staff and students in a professional manner.
Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills and positive attitude are a plus.
Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
Must pass a background check and drug screening upon offer of employment.
