Summary
We are seeking a dedicated subcontractors Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our maintenance team at Stevens Realty LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our rental properties maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation through effective carpet cleaning and floor care.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough carpet cleaning in residential properties using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of carpets to identify stains or damage that require attention.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas by performing custodial duties as needed.
- Buff and care for various floor types to enhance their appearance and longevity.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from property management or tenants.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards in all cleaning processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and tenants.
