The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to lead a high-performing production team to achieve quality and productivity targets.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years of manufacturing or production experience, with 2 years in a leadership role, and be bilingual in English (strongly preferred).
The selected candidate will plan and control production schedules, inventory, and supply chain, and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will also ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety standards.
Key Requirements
- Leadership experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Lean Manufacturing experience and certification (a plus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
