Description
We are looking for a Timekeeping Clerk with full time experiance in processing timekeeping for an entire organization. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Timekeeping expectations:
- Ensures profiles and timesheets are reflecting correct department.
- Track absenteeism and tardiness to support compliance with attendance policy and disciplinary actions.
- Ensures daily absent reports are sent out daily (including Saturdays)
- Inputs all call ins into UKG daily.
- Follow up with managers and input missing punches from previous day.
- Ensure schedules are correct and employees are adhering to schedules for 500 plus employees
- Adjusts schedules when employees work outside of scheduled based on manager approvals.
- Track daily attendance towards perfect attendance bonuses.
- Tracks time off request and notes in UKG.
- Ensures all FMLA, Workers’ comp etc. are kept updated on timesheets.
- Reviews Preliminary reports for timesheets when Payroll processing for accuracy

Requirements
- 1 year previous experience preferred
- Must be detailed orientated
- Must be organized
- Must have Knowledge in timekeeping and payroll
- Excellent active listening skills
- Intermediate to advance with MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of employment laws and Payroll Laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication
