Job Overview
Stewart’s Enterprises Holding, Inc., a leader in manufacturing and selling ready-to-drink cocktails under the Stewart’s and Hard Rock brands, is seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Brand Sales Manager based in Florida. This role is critical to driving sales growth, expanding brand presence, and increasing product availability in key markets. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and has a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in beverage or alcohol sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to independently drive results while managing multiple market channels.
Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Grow product distribution through various trade channels, including Chains, Independent Markets, and On-Premise (Hard Rock Properties).
- Present and pitch products to both current and potential distributors, establishing long-term sales partnerships.
- Actively sell and promote brands in the market, including direct store sales and in-person events.
- Organize and lead product sampling and tasting events to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors at all levels, ensuring continuous support and collaboration.
- Create and implement customized incentive programs to motivate distributors and enhance sales performance.
- Lead sales presentations for Chain customers, negotiating placements and promotions.
- Identify and secure new customer opportunities to drive incremental sales growth.
- Conduct market surveys to gather insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Equip distributors with the tools, information, and training needed to effectively increase sales.
- Monitor and manage distributor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet market demand.
Skills
- Proven experience in brand management or related fields such as sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Experience in technical sales or technology-beverage industries is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving brand success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Able to travel up to 20% for sales calls and meetings.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
