We currently have an opening at our Logan, OH facility for an Administrative Assistant.
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Retrieve documents from filing systems
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Prepare agendas for meetings and manage schedules
- Assist with project document control
- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking, and petty cash
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED/DESIRED
- Computer proficiency with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of standard office equipment operation
- Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures such as filing and record-keeping
- Understanding of basic office management principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional coursework in
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative or financial roles
- Fluency in English
