Job Summary
Stewart Home & School is seeking a dedicated and creative Marketing and Media Specialist to join our team to oversee all marketing and media initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in communications, marketing, social media management, and content creation to effectively showcase the vibrant programming and community at the school.
Candidate must demonstrate a strong proficiency in photography, videography and graphic design, including expertise in industry-standard software and tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage multimedia content, including videos, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Identify target audiences, and position content effectively within the market.
- Coordinate, design and produce print and digital media for internal and external audiences.
- Oversee website and social media platforms to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and community partners.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., admissions, school programs) to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the marketing/media campaigns using various metrics and reporting tools.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving media outreach and visibility.
- Coordinate media presence for special events, or school celebrations.
- Photograph and video all major events.
