Summary
As a Groundskeeper at Stewart Langley Properties, you will be responsible for the upkeep and general cleaning of our common areas, stairwells, grounds, etc. This role is essential in ensuring that our properties remain attractive and well-maintained, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities
Must be honest, dependable, and trustworthy. No criminal history. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently up to 30 hours per week. The schedule is flexible. The position requires physical endurance to include walking (including stairs), lifting, bending, ability to carry blowers and vacuums, shovel snow, etc. You will be required to work in all kinds of weather.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in groundskeeping and janitorial work preferred.
- Ability to operate blowers, vacuums, and other tools of the trade effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow an assigned schedule as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
