WHAT WE NEED
Our Interior Design studio is seeking an experienced Junior Interior Designer to join our team. This role will be on-site and is expected to work in one of our offices. Location options are Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, or Phoenix, AZ.
Our Interiors Studio is seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer to develop design solutions for a variety of projects and coordinate design through all project phases. We need a savvy Junior Interior Designer who gets excited about creating healthy, uplifting environments and who takes pride in design solutions that are specifically tailored to each client. In short, we want a designer as remarkable as we are. WHAT YOULL DO .
Youll join the Interiors Studio, which focuses on producing functionally beautiful spaces for clients by combining creativity and technical knowledge. Depending on the day, your responsibilities will include:
- Work collaboratively across teams to develop creative design solutions that meet the client's criteria.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in the development of design solutions.
- Serve as a resource to Interior Designers and Project Managers as designs are developed.
- Participate in the development of 2D and 3D graphics, presentations, and other collateral to convey design ideas to clients and project teams.
- Participate in construction administration, helping keep the built product aligned with design intent.
- Support the development of strong client relationships as a project team member.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- 1-2 years of relevant Interior Design experience and Interiors projects.
- Knowledge of architectural/interior finishes, lighting, color, and materials to carry out design intent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex design concepts in simple and meaningful ways.
- Working knowledge in Revit required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo).
- Proficient in Rhino and Enscape.
