WHAT WE NEED...
This role will be a hybrid model and is expected to work in our Phoenix office 3 days per week.
Our Architecture studio in Phoenix seeks an experienced Project Architect with a heavy focus on the industrial market sector. We want someone who can lead talented project teams in the production of architectural drawings and specifications while resolving complex technical and design issues to produce innovative, constructible solutions for extraordinary spaces. We need a well-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution who can help shape a vision for the future. In short, we want a Project Architect as remarkable as we are. We want someone passionate about bringing out the best in a design and finding the best way to communicate the design intent to the Contractor.

WHAT YOULL DO .
On any given day your role may include (among other things)
- Act as day-to-day client contact and have in-depth knowledge of all the projects facets.
- Prepare site yield studies and concept designs.
- Prepare drawings and specifications and oversee project team members from schematic design through construction phase services.
- Provide our clients with innovative design solutions with a focus on tilt-wall concrete construction.
- Coordinate with engineering and specialty consultants.
- Ensure project teams meet deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality drawings and specifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Registered to practice architecture in one or more states.
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited architecture program.
- 6-10 years of professional experience, including at least three years of experience with tilt-wall concrete construction.
- Excellent Revit Skills. Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, or Enscape preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of architectural practice and construction science.
- Mastery of building codes.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with all phases of project design.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages of development.
