We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and diligent Recruitment Specialist to assist with our high-volume full life cycle recruiting activities. As Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining monthly recruitment metrics, posting job online, reviewing résumés, screening potential candidates, setting up interviews, creating offer letters, performing background checks, attending job fairs, and other related recruiting activities or projects assigned. You will work directly under a Recruiting Leader and assist with all recruiting-related projects as assigned.
To ensure success as a Recruitment Specialist, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent Excel and analytical skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be customer centric. Responsibilities:
- Assisting the hiring manager and talent leader with recruitment duties
- Developing and maintaining monthly reports as requested
- Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements
- Communicating with the HR team
- Posting jobs on social media and job sites
- Tracking open positions using recruiting software
- Screening candidate résumés
- Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements
- Conducting initial phone screenings
- Communicating with candidates and setting up and scheduling all interviews
- Managing the résumé database
- Performing background checks and initiating onboarding activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or similar field
- 2 years of recruiting experience required
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Previous experience working as a recruitment experience in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Emotional Intelligence and Intellectual curiosity skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat
- Excellent decision-making skills
