Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for recruiting qualified candidates from the community and other parts of the US. Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support recruitment. Work involves planning, coordination, market research, negotiation and implementation of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least two years experience in Human Resources required, preference to previous experience in healthcare.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Knowledge of current computer software.
4. Travel required, local, state wide and within the United States.
5. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, or 5 years of Human Resources Recruitment experience with an Associate’s Degree in a related field, or 8 years of Human Resources with 4 years of solid recruitment in a Healthcare setting, considered in lieu of a degree.
