The S&T Lead will conduct all tasks related to experimentation such as researching, planning, preparing, executing, facilitating, analyzing, and documenting experiments.

Position Overview
The S&T Lead will provide Concept Development and Prototype Experimentation Support to the Mission Command Battle Lab (MCBL), Fort Leavenworth, KS. The S&T Lead will conduct all tasks related to experimentation such as researching, planning, preparing, executing, facilitating, analyzing, and documenting experiments.
Essential Job Function
- Presentation skills, clear and precise oral communications
- Knowledge of JCIDS process
- Experience working with ASAALT organizations, DARPA, Academia, or commercial firms
- May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products
- May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation
- Works in conjunction with project officers to provide a final report addressing all experiment issues, develops databases that effectively archive all data captured
- Attend planning meetings
- Training and managing data collectors
- Managing data, conducting analysis, and reporting the results of experimentation operations
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products
- United States citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- Experience military operator with field-grade level knowledge
- 5 combined years of experience in DoD acquisition and/or S&T development with knowledge of JCIDS process and experience working with ASAALT organizations, DARPA, Academia, or commercial firms
- Ability to identify potential Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to identified gaps desired
