Receiving Warehouse Associate

Position Summary: As a member of our Receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying received materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for easy accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks, including flatbeds in the yard and van loads at the dock.
- Complete receiving processes in BisTrack (ERP system), including matching deliveries to purchase orders, noting discrepancies or damages, and scanning paperwork.
- Transfer materials from staging areas to designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct cycle counts per the defined schedule to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization by labeling and sorting materials appropriately in both physical and digital systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to assess and adjust stock levels as needed.
- Follow all safety and ergonomic guidelines to promote a secure working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Receiving and Inventory Lead.
- Display a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude.
- Function well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Maintain a history of reliable work attendance.
- Prioritize a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all posted safety guidelines.

Qualifications
- Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up) and Combi-lift equipment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Prior experience in a receiving or warehouse role.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
- Reliable work history with a strong attendance record.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
