Job Summary
We are currently looking for Stila Sales and Education Artists to support ULTA BEAUTY stores in the following cities:
Arizona-Goodyear, Surprise, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert
Must be available Thursday-Sunday
Hours vary depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals of $100-$150 per hour
- Foster strong relationships with customers and store staff
- Ensure gondola displays are well-maintained, organized, and stocked
- Work weekend events as needed
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience
- Proven sales experience
- Experience as an Artist or in esthetics, ULTA and/or Sephora experience a plus
- Ability to build relationships with both customers and stores
- Communication skills
- Ability to commute
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
Experience:
- Sales: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
