Position Overview
The Client Services Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth policy administration. This role includes handling policy changes, claims, renewals, compliance, sales support, and issue resolution in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
- Policy Servicing: Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims processing while maintaining accurate records in the agency management system (AMS).
- Sales Support & Quoting: Prepare quotes, support agents in closing sales, and present proposals to clients.
- Renewal Management: Review policies, communicate renewal terms, and ensure timely renewals.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through claims, liaise with adjusters, and ensure smooth processing.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain regulatory compliance, assist with audits, and keep accurate records.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, underwriting issues, and policy concerns.
- Additional Responsibilities: Process payments, endorsements, and required documentation while following up on outstanding client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Alabama Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Experience in customer service, insurance, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
