Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents
- Review cases and manage court-awarded judgment debt collection processes
- Follow up with court clerks and manage case inventories
- Address garnishee and/or consumer inquiries as needed
- Communicate with courts, process servers, and defendants via phone
- Assist in identifying and executing collection opportunities
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Professional office experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is preferred
- Experience working with project deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience in the legal field is a plus
- Experience with consumer interaction is a plus
- Being a Notary Public is a plus
- Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a meaningful team bonus opportunity
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required during month-end periods

- A clear criminal background check and clean drug screen are required prior to employment
