Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into company performance.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Gusto for general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
- Perform journal entries and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial activities and maintain organized filing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of financial report writing and general ledger accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Gusto, is preferred.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and experience with journal entries is essential.
- Excellent 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry and account analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
