We are seeking a skilled and motivated sales representative to join our team at Stine Seed Company. As an independent sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our business in Kansas, specifically in Smith and Osborne counties.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory
- Developing and maintaining a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services
- Managing existing dealer accounts and recruiting new dealerships to increase sales
- Communicating and implementing Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals
- Working with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support
- Developing and enhancing relationships with customers and potential customers
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention
- The ability to work with minimum supervision and meet established goals

Prioritization will be given to candidates who have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values and achieving desired results.
