Responsibilities
As a key ambassador for the Stine brand, this individual will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services
- Managing existing dealer accounts and recruiting new ones to increase sales
- Communicating and implementing Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals
- Working closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and potential customers through personal interaction or designated sellers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Three or more years of experience in agriculture, including agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
- Success in dealer development and retention
- Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet established goals
