- Develop and maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals.
- Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiating skills.
- Success in dealer development and retention.
- Ability to work independently to meet established goals.
