We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the Midwest Region. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will cover Madison county in Southwest Iowa and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers and recruiting new dealerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agronomy and sales principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with growers, understand their needs and values, and achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support
