What You’ll Do
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and tech in digital marketing, because what’s more embarrassing than showing up after the party is over?
- Vibe check campaign numbers, adjust strategies as needed, and throw in some A/B testing- because sometimes the first idea is just... well… listen, we’ve all been there.
- Manage paid ads like a pro (Google, Facebook, etc) and make sure every penny is working hard to bring the best ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, and implement A/B testing to improve results.
- Conduct market research to find out what customers actually want and hunt for opportunities to grow- it’s like a digital treasure hunt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Keep an eye on your brand’s online reputation and presence, because no one wants to be that brand getting dragged on TikTok.
- Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights that make people go “wow, they really know what they’re doing”.
- Tackle additional tasks as assigned that may come your way- because in the world of marketing, unexpected things happen, and you need to be ready to handle whatever gets thrown at you (figuratively, of course).
What You’ll Need
- Solution-focused thinking. We get 5 minutes to complain, then we fix problems and kick tail!
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Handle challenges with ease and spot digital marketing trends like a hawk- because being a trendsetter is way cooler than following the crowd.
- Learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking and meeting deadlines (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).
- Act as an agent for change; being flexible and patient, open to suggestions, and have an eye for opportunities to improve processes.
- Be the master of confidentiality- you’re like a secret agent when it comes to sensitive info. What you know stays locked up tighter than a treasure chest.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or something closely related (or hey, if you've got the experience, we’re all about that too).
- Digital marketing experience—you’ve got SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns down to a science and know how to make them work for you (and the brand, of course).
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Project management skills that make juggling multiple campaigns without breaking a sweat. Maybe a little coffee spill, but nothing serious.
- Comfortable with all the essential digital marketing tools—Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software... basically, if it’s digital and helps market, you’ve got it covered.
- Must consent to and pass a background check- because how else are we supposed to know if you’re actually three skunks in a trench coat or not??
- Must be comfortable working in an office environment surrounded by furry friends (that’s right, we’re dog friendly!).
- Work is performed under normal office working conditions in a temperature-controlled environment, may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.
