Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to create and deploy digital marketing and/or promotional content for member engagement and digital media distribution. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role creates, deploys and measures digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
This role is based in Meridian, Idaho. Hybrid work schedule is supported.

Experience: 4/ years enterprise-level digital marketing to include internet, e-commerce applications, and web page design; experience ideally includes healthcare.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

Your Day May Look Like
- Develops, plans, and implements digital marketing plans to promote the adoption and engagements in products, programs, services, and brand.
- Collaborates with key partners in the development of marketing content creation across digital channels.
- Provides analytical solutions, analysis, insights, and recommendations that impact the adoption of products, programs, services, and/or the brand.
- Implements effective and innovative engagement digital marketing campaigns and media recommendations across a mix of digital channels, including but not limited to social, search, email, and SMS.
- Owns and maintains digital asset analytics, metrics, and reporting. Complies analytical data into meaningful information with actionable insights.
- Monitors and suggests improvements for the usability, content, and conversion points of the company’s digital assets to support the company’s growth objectives and adoption of products, programs, services, and/or the brand.
- Manages content creation workflows and digital marketing assets.
- Proposes, tests, and discovers innovative digital marketing strategies.
