**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and ongoing renovation projects of our multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance areas and the ability to lead a team effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. HVAC license is required
- Perform most maintenance work and supervise contractors for specialized services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs
- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency with multifamily maintenance practices and equipment
- Strong understanding of HVAC, water heaters, appliances, and other apartment-related issues.
- Knowledge of project management principles for planning and executing maintenance projects
- Ability to use tools such as voltmeters for diagnostics
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
