- Manage fee approvals and process invoices within case management and client systems.
- Verify accuracy of billing, fees, and related documentation.
- Communicate with clients and attorneys to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle fee and cost quote requests, payoff, and reinstatement tasks.
- Perform other duties as needed.
