We are working with an amazing collections law company in Solon, OH to hire an Accounting Specialist to join their team! The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for reconciling operating deposits and trust account deposits, meeting clients’ deadlines and specifications, have excellent communication, organizational, and people skills. The Accounting Specialist will be a self-motivator, someone who works well with little supervision.
The responsibilities for an Accounting Specialist include, but are not limited to :
- Generating statements and reports using accounting software
- Developing automated spreadsheets using Excel
- Maintaining trust account deposits and refunds, posts to correct accounts using chart of account.
- Organizing and maintaining financial records
- Coordinating vendor transactions
