Job Title: Controller-Immediate Hire!

Pay: $100K-$150K

Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday

We are seeking a Controller for a Direct Hire position for our client, a large manufacturing company located in Youngstown, Ohio.
The Controller will Lead and manage the Accounting team, ensuring high performance and development.

As a Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the Accounting team, ensuring high performance and development
• Overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and capital expense planning.
• Supporting audits, tax filings, and compliance with state and local regulations.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to improve financial reporting and processes

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, with cost accounting background
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Sage 300, MISys, Microsoft Power BI, and advanced Excel
