Remote Senior Account Executive – Captive Insurance

Sr. Account Executive Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic meetings with captive insurance groups and clients.
- Drive renewal negotiations, prepare proposals, and support brokering of traditional insurance coverages.
- Develop and execute client service plans, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Manage quarterly reporting, lead claims meetings, and conduct regular client visits.
- Collaborate internally and externally to promote profitable growth and ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Facilitate updates across departments and external partners, tracking key deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and spearhead initiatives that drive Captive growth.
- Travel occasionally for key client and industry meetings (valid driver’s license required).
