SERVER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Make guests feel comfortable
and enhance guest experience
menu changes
make recommendations
from guests and enter into point-of-sale
kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
and end of each shift as assigned by immediate supervisor
dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
if applicable)
fellow servers as situations arise
bussers with clearing and resetting tables
and invite them to return
needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as
directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor
for long periods of time
