Title: Virtual Milking System Technician
Type of contract: Direct hire! If they are interested they will put your right on their payroll.
Hours: First shift 7a-3:30p depending on project
Pay: $24 benefits
VMS Technician reports to the Service Manager, is responsible for the service and installation of Automatic Milking System (AMS) products in the North Eastern WI.
A successful candidate will be technically-oriented, driven, with a strong focus on customer service and dedication to promoting positive growth within the AMS team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Diagnosing, servicing and maintaining VMS/robotic equipment efficiently and effectively. o Proving superior levels of customer satisfaction in person and via phone/computer for customers and peers.
o Advise peers and assist in situations of uncertainty on-site.
o Effectively assist in troubleshooting and diagnostics on-site.
o Advising customers on proper use, operation and maintenance of their VMS dairy equipment.
o Preparing and submitting thorough and accurate invoicing, timecards, checklists and all associated paperwork.
o Work efficiently with service manager and general manager DDS WI
Work with installation to ensure:
o Efficient and proper layout.
o Proper wiring.
o Prior to start up testing to ensure functionality.
o Understanding of critical areas of attention and ensuring follow up and follow through.
o This position does offer a path of monetary and responsability growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
