Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP IBP Presales / Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/APO / PPDS / AATP solutions to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design tailored solutions that drive business transformation. You will play a key role in the presales process, collaborating with sales teams and clients to position our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of SAP IBP solutions, showcasing how they address client needs.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Create value proposition and return on investment for Customers in Hi-tech , CPG , Phamaceutical industries
• Lead roadmap and value generation discussion with VP and CXO level.
Solution Design:
• Analyze client requirements and design SAP IBP solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Gather requirements and refine solution designs , create proposal ,
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.
• Hands on knowledge to configure and demonstrate solutions in IBP .
Business Development:
• Support sales teams in developing proposals, RFP responses, and value propositions that highlight our SAP capabilities.
• Create to go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the practice.
• Participate in industry events and thought leadership activities to enhance our market presence.
Required Qualifications:
• Functional Role : Played a functional role In demand Planning , supply planning , production planning ,manufacturing at end customer.
• Experience: At least 14 years of relevant SAP consulting experience, with a focus on SAP IBP /APO / ePPDS / AATP in a professional services environment. Domain
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, or Sales & Operations Planning, e-PPDS , AATP.
• Implementation Experience: Participation in all phases of at least 5 SAP Supply Chain/IBP implementations, with a minimum of 3 in a lead role.
S4 HANA:
• Proven experience with S4 HANA implementations and integration between SAP ECC/S4 HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services or Real-Time Integration.
• Certified in APICS CPIM or CSCP and SAP IBP
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior management and C-levels.
Desired Qualifications:
• Knowledge of AP SD , SAP PP and SAP MM
• Experience leading presales efforts, including managing senior-level client relationships.
• Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Signavio and greenfield implementation experience.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Travel Requirement:
• Willingness to travel up to 60-70% based on client needs and project demands.
Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
