Job Description: CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
STMW Manufacturing is a rapid growing manufacturing company who provides premier Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining and Assembly for the Semi-Conductor industry.
We are seeking 1 qualified candidate available to work on the following days and times:
· 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
· Requires knowledge of basic math and ability to read blueprints and meet inspection requirements in accordance with customer specifications.
· OJT will require progressive advanced duties as developed and applied skills are documented.
· Requires the ability to use equipment common to the trade including manual mill, CNC Mill, band saw, grinder, orbital sander, hand drill, drill press and hand tools common to the trade.
· Requires the ability to read, write, and speak English.
· Requires the ability to follow precise directions and the ability to work independently.
· Maintains sharpness of tools, lubricate machines, and check machine alignments.
· Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, while adhering to quality assurance procedures.
· Determine if the final job being produced is of desired dimensions and finished or not. Consult with CNC specialist or leadsman if issues beyond your scope arises.
· Requires physical ability to perform normal machinist work among which are standing, kneeling, crouching, repetitive motions and lifting up to 30 lbs.
· Minimizes wastes in materials, manpower, equipment and other resources.
· Competitive Pay (depends on experience).
