Stoa Construction is seeking a full-time Superintendent in Freeport,FL. The Superintendent will primarily be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of site-specific duties to ensure successful project completion for large ground-up multifamily projects. Some travel to sites will be required, including Gulf Coast Region.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of new Multifamily construction project
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed.
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites
