As a Client Services Retail Coordinator , your day will be filled with opportunities to assist with the daily management of assigned portfolios including, but not limited to, all new and outstanding relationships that include loans originated from the Retail Banking department. Serve as primary contact for existing clients. Loan documentation and related experience is important. There are many exciting opportunities to grow professionally within our company. Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and servicing of loans which includes ordering any supporting documentation from outside service providers.
- Complete loan applications in lending software and assist in preparation of approval document.
- Ensure all documents are accurate and ready for closing and comply with bank policy requirements
- Ensure loans are funded according to documentation within the loan package
- Work with retail lenders on any and all banking needs, request or issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, either verbally or in writing
- Review all exception reports by notifying clients, vendors or lenders of needed documentation
- Knowledge of the bank’s loan policy and departmental procedures
- Assist in organizing departmental events
- Other duties as assigned
