Client Education : Handle inbound calls to provide potential clients with information about our loan programs and their benefits, delivering exceptional customer service.
Client Onboarding : Facilitate a seamless transition from pre-approval to active borrower status. Collaborate closely with MM Lending teammates to ensure clear communication and a smooth client experience.
CRM Management : Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate and up-to-date client information, ensuring data integrity.
Scheduling Coordination : Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the business development team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Administrative Support : Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry. Maintain an organized and professional office environment to support team operations.
