What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior IT Infrastructure Expert position at Stockell Consulting?
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Stockell Consulting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a general IT environment, with previous experience in supporting clients, servers, communication equipment (preferably CISCO), and a basic understanding of the IT field including VMware ESXi / VCenter knowledge, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Cisco networking knowledge, CITRIX; MS Remote Access, IP networking administration and services including DNS, DHCP, Security & Compliance tools, Active Directory, GPO & policy design and support.
This role requires the ability to plan and administer IT infrastructure, maintain relevant IT documentation, and ensure that IT systems and data access are managed in collaboration with the Service Desk.
