Stockell Consulting is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Enterprise IT Support Lead. This is a unique opportunity to work in a leadership role, providing expert-level technical support to our clients, working closely with our centrally provided IT services to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a general IT environment, with previous experience in supporting clients, servers, and communication equipment. You should possess a basic understanding of IT fields such as VMware ESXi/VCenter, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Cisco networking knowledge, CITRIX, MS Remote Access, IP networking administration and services including DNS, DHCP, Security & Compliance tools, Active Directory, GPO & policy design and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the relationship between IT and the Business to become the recognized and valued partner for the delivery of IT Services. You will also be responsible for ensuring optimum support for end-users at all times, acting as the escalation point for issue resolution between the business and the IT community, and maintaining relevant IT documentation.

As an Enterprise IT Support Lead, you will work closely with your Service Delivery Manager and Central IT Infrastructure Organization to ensure that the agreed strategy is implemented and followed. You will also be responsible for proposing/leading process improvement initiatives and collaborating with project teams to implement initiatives.
