The Service Delivery Specialist provides tier 2/3 support in an environment consisting of Dell computers, Windows, active directory, etc.
You will ensure service performance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will utilize your strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in customer service or IT service management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience
- Minimum of Associates degree in IT – BS preferred
- Must be able to work independently and on your own. You will be part of a team of 10 other people but will be the only onsite IT person at this location. This role supports up to 130 end users on site.
Typical job duties include:
- Setting up new computers
- Trouble shooting printers
- Active Directory support
- Refreshing computers
- Installing new switches
