Description:
The Stocker Automotive Service Department works on all makes and models of vehicles, with the goal of providing the best customer service experience possible. Our Core Values are Honesty and Respect. The Senior Service Advisor is responsible for providing end to end service for a Service department customer. The senior service advisor is also responsible for assisting other Service Advisors to archive exceptional customer service for the entire department.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Schedules service appointments
- Ensure customers receive prompt courteous and effective service
- Follow dealer processes
- Performs walk around with customer noting any damage, and advises on any needed maintenance
- Creates clear, concise, and accurate repair orders regarding customer vehicle problems
- Review Milage/time-based services with customer.
- Determine warranty coverages of repairs
- Checks on progress of repair throughout the day, and timely informs the customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Review and explain diagnostic and MPVI results with customers
- Document approvals and declines of services
- Always maintain a profession customer focused
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
- Explains completed work and all charges to customers.
- Discuss and schedules the next service appointment
- Manages repair order documentation to ensure full compliance with policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned

Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
