What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position at Stockman Bank of Montana?
Position General Responsibilities:
Work and coordinate building, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computers, computer peripherals, printers, Virtual Machines, etc. Work to support year to year projects. Provide documentation and guidelines for new software and procedures.
Provide Tier 3 support as well technical assistance to the Help desk.

None.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service..
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, hardware and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- A degree in computer science, networking or other related field or equivalent technical skills/work experience.
Preferred:
- Help desk and end user support experience.
- Experience in a complex server, computer and software installation and support environment.
- Knowledge in areas including Windows Server, Citrix, Virtual Computing, MSSQL, Exchange, TCP/IP, Security, Antivirus, and VMWare.
- A , Security , and/or Network Certification
- Ability to travel- approximately 25% travel required
Dimension of Job:
Work and coordinate the set up and installation of equipment and Hardware as assigned for new branches, new employees, and equipment replacement.
