Position General Responsibilities:
Manager of the Billings Market Residential Real Estate Lending Functions
Employees Supervised:
Mortgage Lenders; direct supervision of Real Estate Assistants
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.
- Three-five years previous lending experience to include analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, budget monitoring and obtaining and monitoring government guarantees.
- Solid knowledge of secondary market and packaging of real estate loans.
- Proven aggressive history of solid business development and strong sales abilities.
Dimension of Job:
Supervise other real estate officers and staff in the Billings branches. Develop relationships with area prospects to build contacts for commercial, real estate and consumer credits. Maintain a portfolio of personal banking clients and recognize opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to current Stockman Bank customers. Recognize potential business loan/deposit opportunities. Develop and maintain a teamwork relationship among the Billings branches.
