Job Summary:
The Terrace Cocktail Server provides exceptional beverage service on our covered and heated outdoor terrace. This role requires strong cocktail knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional cocktail and beverage service.
- Recommend and serve craft cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Provide attentive and engaging service in a high-volume setting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and terrace areas.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a cocktail server or bartender in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairings.
- Ability to thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $5.62 - $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
